On the occasion of National Reading Day, the entire SSRVM family — students, teachers, admin, and didis — came together to celebrate the joy of reading through DEAR Time (Drop Everything And Read)✨. Everyone took a mindful pause to immerse themselves in books by Indian authors, honoring our rich literary heritage. A special Library Exhibition was also held, showcasing a variety of books available for students to explore and enjoy. Grade 6 & 7 students participated in an engaging Reading Relay activity, where they took turns reading paragraphs from storybooks and later discussed the plot, characters, and morals. Students of Grade 8 & 9 creatively reimagined stories and poems from different characters’ perspectives, fostering empathy and deeper comprehension. ✍️ A day filled with words, imagination, and new perspectives!
