Blood Donation Camp at Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir Borivali

On Saturday, 27th July 2024, Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir in Borivali hosted a highly successful blood donation camp on its premises. This noble initiative was organized in collaboration with Sir J.J Mahanagar Blood Bank, Byculla, Mumbai (SBTC), Govt. of Maharashtra.

The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from our Parents Teachers’ Association, the parents of our students, staff, and ex-students, all coming together to contribute to this significant cause.

An impressive total of 136 units of blood with the potential to positively impact up to 408 liveswere collected during the event, showcasing the collective effort and dedication of the participants.

Our Director, Shri Jayesh Panchal, not only donated blood but also expressed his heartfelt joy at being a part of this "Maha-daan," a grand gesture of giving. His participation served as a powerful example and inspired many others to join in this act of kindness.

This blood donation camp was more than just a medical event; it was a festival of gratitude, a way for the school community to give back to society.
